Knuckle Joint Press-KF Series
This is a precision press machine that utilizes a toggle mechanism to drive the slide for high-pressure forming. It enables precise control of the terminal displacement speed, effectively preventing springback and material fracture.
As a result, the KF Series is particularly suitable for metalworking applications requiring high precision, high compression, and deep forming capability.
Application fields: Bicycle and automotive/motorcycle parts, such as bicycle crank arms, freewheels, brake components, front forks, various brackets, and aluminum transmission housings.
